Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field
• Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility for Kansas licensure
• Experience with elementary age students preferred
• Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing intervention strategies, and participating in IEP process
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and provide recommendations to support student learning and well-being
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Offer consultation and intervention support for academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs
• Lead or participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate
