Candidate can be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. This position is located at our clinic in White Salmon, WA and will be limited in duration (July, 2026 - December, 2026) with a possibility of extension. Responsibilities 0.5- 1.0 position, covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence. Provide comprehensive family medicine services. Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school with current Board Certification. Current Oregon MD, DO, NP or PA license. DEA licensure in good standing. Preferred Qualifications 2 years' experience in Primary Care Experience with Epic EMR Life, Long‑Term Disability, Accident, & Critical Illness Insurance Empower Retirement 401k 200 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus an additional six (6) paid holidays Site qualified for HRSA loan repayment program!
