Conicelli Hyundai is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to help lead our busy service department. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience. What You'll Do Assist customers throughout the service process and ensure a positive ownership experience Help manage daily service operations and workflow Build relationships with customers by educating them on recommended maintenance and repair services Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure timely vehicle completion Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Support the Service Manager in achieving department goals and performance objectives What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset High school diploma or equivalent Why Work at Conicelli?
