Hiring: Senior OCM Change Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Initially Remote, must be willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA within 1 month upon request

Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Change Analyst to support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management initiatives for enterprise transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Develop and execute communication and training plans.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Track change readiness, adoption metrics, and user feedback.
• Partner with business, project, and leadership teams to ensure successful change adoption.
• Assist in developing change management deliverables and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Experience supporting business transformation, ERP, digital, or technology initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating training, communication, and change readiness materials.
• Willingness to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA when requested.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Asset-Intensive industries.
• Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
