Position Highlights

As the Assistant Chief Medical Officer, you'll serve as a key member of the executive leadership team while maintaining an active clinical practice. You'll work closely with senior leadership to:

• Lead and mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Improve clinical operations, workflows, and provider productivity
• Participate in strategic planning and organizational decision-making
• Recruit, develop, and retain clinical talent
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
• Foster collaboration across clinical and administrative teams
• Continue providing compassionate primary care to patients across the lifespan

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a physician who combines strong clinical skills with a passion for leadership and building high-performing teams.

Qualifications include:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Pennsylvania medical license
• Minimum of five years of physician leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience supervising physicians and/or advanced practice providers
• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience strongly preferred
• Passion for serving diverse patient populations and improving access to high-quality care
