Jimmy John's Catering ManagerTo manage the Jimmy John's Catering program in assigned geographical area. Develop and nurture client relationships in order to build the brand and program. Network and develop sales leads through sampling program.Duties and ResponsibilitiesBe a Role Model to new Team MembersProvide excellent Customer ServiceAdhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and ProceduresMaintain and foster Company CulturePrep and make sandwiches for daily sampling and events when neededMaintain store cleanlinessMaintain Food SafetyMaintain Workplace SafetyMaintain Store and Equipment SafetyWork closely with General manager and Marketing ManagerPlan and execute a strategy for sampling Jimmy's John's sandwiches within the surrounding communityExecute Local Store Marketing campaignsLead generationCold calling and follow upQualificationsMust have own vehicle, driver license and auto insuranceMust have state required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ onlyPreferred marketing and/or sales experienceMust have flexible scheduleMust be able to throw a 3" sandwich at least 5 ftMust be 18+Must be coachableMust have experience in dealing with customerMust be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking conditionsMust be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John's stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives and oven.Physical requirementsMust be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs and walk. Must be able to carry sandwiches when delivering to offices and/or events.
