Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite role extends throughout the next academic year, spanning August through June, and focuses on working with a caseload of students in kindergarten through second grade. Your commitment of 35 hours each week allows in-depth support and intervention in a collaborative school environment, fostering both academic and emotional success for developing minds.

Desired Expertise and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with elementary-age students, particularly grades K-2, is highly valued
• Strong ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations, design interventions, and present findings to multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with students, teachers, administrators, and families
• Knowledge of current federal and state special education laws and guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and families to offer targeted interventions and strategies
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic support for every child
• Maintain accurate, timely records and reports as required
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed for students
