Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Inventory Associate to join our team. The Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Job Description:

· Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

· Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.

· Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).

· Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

· Assist with other warehouse duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Basic math and computer skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

· Forklift certification is a plus.

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

· Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
