• Apartment Maintenance Technicians – $23–$30/hr
• Property Manager – (DOE)
• Grounds Crew / Porters – $20/hr

Pay: $23–$30/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + rotating on-call

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Complete work orders and service requests
• Handle unit turns to prep for new residents
• Maintain property grounds and support team operations
• Work alongside leasing and management teams in a fast-paced, new-build environment

Requirements:

• Apartment or property maintenance experience
• Strong plumbing/carpentry skills
• Experience with work orders or PMS systems preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have own basic hand tools

• Oversee daily operations of a new apartment community
• Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident relations
• Coordinate with maintenance and lead site performance
• Lease-up experience is a big plus

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property
• Trash removal, common area upkeep, light maintenance support
• Work both indoors and outdoors

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
