Skilled Trades Partners is currently seeking an experienced carpenter for a project at the Navy Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable carpenter looking for steady work with a reputable contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Install ceiling tiles and ceiling grid systems
• Perform general carpentry work and finishing tasks
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
• Work effectively with other trades and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous carpentry experience required
• Experience with ceiling tile installation preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and work from basic layouts
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to pass a background check for Navy Shipyard access
• OSHA certification is a plus (training available)
