Key Responsibilities Lead Litigation: Manage a diverse caseload of 30–50 employment and wage-and-hour class action cases. Command the Room: Take and defend depositions and spearhead trial preparation. Write the Narrative: Draft high-level briefs and legal arguments that move the needle. Mentor & Manage: Oversee junior associates and support staff to ensure excellence across your team. What You Bring to the Table The Credentials: 4–8 years of experience in Plaintiff-side Employment Law (specific focus on Wage & Hour and Class Actions). The License: Must hold an active California Bar license . The Pen: Exceptional writing skills (we will request two writing samples/briefs).
