Cleanroom Technician (2nd Shift) Position Overview

Join a high-quality, FDA-regulated manufacturing team dedicated to producing premium human and animal joint supplements. As a Cleanroom Technician , you will play a critical role in both pre- and post-production operations, ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency.

• Operate production equipment including mixers, pulverizers, sealers, and filling machines
• Perform manual filling, measuring, labeling, and packaging with exceptional accuracy
• Support daily production goals across pre- and post-production processes
• Maintain strict FDA and cleanroom compliance in all tasks and work areas
• Accurately complete production documentation and follow established SOPs
• Rotate between workstations to meet changing production needs
• Restock materials, maintain inventory flow, and perform sanitation tasks
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and organization at all times
• Handle raw materials (65–80 lbs) safely throughout the shift
• Follow PPE requirements and non-smoking policies in controlled environments
• Protect confidential processes by adhering to NDA standards

• 1+ year of experience in FDA-regulated or similar manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with production machinery and packaging processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 80 lbs regularly
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Flexibility to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to train on day shift and transition to a fixed 2nd shift
• Reliability, consistency, and a team-first mindset

• Experience in food, beverage, or supplement manufacturing
• Experience with inventory control and material handling
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments and FDA compliance standards
• Spanish language skills (a plus in a bilingual workplace)

• Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd Shift)
• Training: 2–4 weeks on Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Facility: Non-smoking, FDA-regulated cleanroom environment
• Conditions: Climate- and moisture-controlled rooms
• PPE Required: Hair nets, gloves, coats, and booties at all times

You’ll work with specialized production equipment in a highly organized environment designed to maintain product integrity and safety. This role requires hands-on activity, including lifting, material handling, and maintaining sanitation standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
