Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift. Ensures patient is providedwith names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift. Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program * Current Nevada C.N.A. license. * Current BLS certificate. * Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting. * Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
