Product Manager, Compliance Systems & Analytics – Denver (Hybrid) Overview Western Union is seeking a strategic, data‑driven, and execution‑focused Product Manager to join our Compliance Systems & Analytics (CS&A) team. You will shape the vision and deliver capabilities for our global compliance screening platform, working cross‑functionally with Operations, Policy, Data, and Technology. Role Responsibilities Drive the innovation and development of our list processing and screening capabilities. Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to understand regulatory use cases, pain points, and future‑state needs to pursue “out of the box” thinking and recommendations. Collaborate with various groups and stakeholders around the globe to become a subject matter expert for critical compliance workstreams. Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and operational processes, owning end‑to‑end delivery for new features and capabilities. Bridge communication between Compliance Leadership and technology to deliver key functionality critical to meet regulatory and risk obligations. Communicate product plans and performance to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Evaluate and recommend new vendors and tools to complement current capabilities. Mature and grow our Product organization through continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, creativity, and communication. Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or engineering. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS, compliance technology, or financial services. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Experience working with complex systems across multiple stakeholder groups and domains. Proficiency in leading product initiatives through organizational change, including stakeholder alignment, training, and communication planning. Experience conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and translating insights into product enhancements that deliver measurable value. Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to business and technical audiences. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment. Employees are expected to work from the office at least three days per week. Compensation Base salary $120,000 – $150,000 USD per year, plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance.
