Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the shipment, receipt and inventory management of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Prepares orders for delivery and shipment, and schedules 3rd party carriers.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receives deliveries, verifies paperwork and counts, isolates deliveries for inspection, and updates systems.
• Performs incoming inspection of deliveries for physical damage and missing materials, documenting, and records all variances and non-conformances.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts, properly logging and recording all material movements.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
• Engages with customers, coworkers, vendors, and drivers with a positive and professional attitude and manner.
• Additional responsibilities as may be assigned, i.e. Back up delivery and assist with print finishing, as needed in other departments.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1yr experience in shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or inventory management.
• Strong math and counting skills are a must.

Able to lift at least 50lbs.

• Able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
• Strong sense of time management and a sense of urgency.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient and comfortable working with computers, information management systems and spreadsheets.
• Forklift Operator certification, a plus
