Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Minneapolis, MN, US, 55411 Requisition Number : 224054 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills / Qualifications Required : Driver must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding prior employment. Preferred : Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions.
