Job Description Description Perform firmware testing of gas metering products using both black-box and white-box testing methodologies. Analyze and interpret embedded

code to validate functionality, performance, and system behavior. Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects by monitoring critical signals and conducting root cause analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve firmware and system-level issues. Develop and implement automation strategies to transition testing processes from manual execution to automated frameworks, improving efficiency and test coverage. Experience developing and testing firmware on STMicroelectronics microcontrollers. Working knowledge of I2C communication protocols and sensor integration. Proficiency in Python for test automation, scripting, and white-box test execution. Experience using electronic test equipment to perform hardware and firmware validation in a black-box testing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
