Data Analyst / Power Platform

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active and maintained Secret federal or DoD security clearance.
• We require a bachelors degree, or four years of additional professional experience in place of the degree.
• We require at least one year of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or in a comparable reporting and analytics role.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with data in Excel, SharePoint, SQL, or other relational data sources.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in defense, security, or government environments.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, or SQL querying.
• Preferred qualifications include experience combining data from multiple systems into dashboards or applications.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Agile or Scrum methods.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Preferred qualifications include Power Platform or Microsoft certifications.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with process improvement, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Preferred qualifications include strong analytical ability, including interpreting data, spotting patterns, and communicating findings clearly.
• Preferred qualifications include the ability to gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver user-focused solutions.

• We collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business, operational, and reporting needs.
• We develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and related Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• We build and support Power Apps solutions that streamline workflows, improve data capture, and enhance the user experience.
• We automate recurring processes and data-driven workflows using Power Automate and other low-code tools.
• We partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• We monitor data quality, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making and operational improvement.
• We document data processes, report logic, and application functionality to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• We collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analytics solutions.
