Are You the Detail-Driven Builder We’re Looking For?

If you thrive on precision—reading visual instructions, soldering under magnification, and turning complex electro-mechanical and optical concepts into reliable hardware—this role is for you. You’ll assemble products to exact specifications, keep quality front and center, and uphold cleanroom and ESD discipline from first part to final test.

Your Mission

• Transform visual work instructions into finished electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Execute fine soldering under magnification on shielded cables and wires-to-host interfaces.
• Leverage hand and power tools plus dedicated assembly equipment to complete builds.
• Apply IPC-610 workmanship standards and established quality practices at every step.
• Own the cleanliness and organization of your work area.
• Be accountable for the precision and reliability of your output.

How You’ll Collaborate

• Report to a Supervisor / Manager while partnering with inter-company teams to resolve build needs.
• Contribute as an individual performer; occasionally guide others’ tasks as situations demand.

Judgment & Impact

• Use your experience to plan, prioritize, and complete a variety of complex tasks.
• Understand that accuracy matters—your work directly influences product quality.

What You’re Skilled In

• Soldering equipment operation and wire-to-host assembly techniques.
• Cleanroom procedures and ESD-safe handling.
• Industry practices and IPC-610 workmanship criteria.
• Clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
• Creative problem-solving with the latitude to tackle unique build challenges.

Your Background

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of IPC standards.
• 3+ years in electronics/electro -mechanical assembly.
• Preferred: Optics assembly exposure (e.g., lens integration).
