Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Denville, New Jersey
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem (Every Other Weekend Required)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on the 3–11 evening shift in a skilled nursing facility setting. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who enjoy building relationships with residents and being part of a supportive care team.

Must-Haves

• Active New Jersey CNA certification
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work every other weekend

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with dementia or memory care residents
• EMR/documentation experience
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Support nursing staff with daily care routines
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
