The Work Support your project leaders on establishing ways of working, tools, and governance processes, contributing ideas to continuously improve them. Support your team leads by preparing materials, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables. Build strong working relationships with client counterparts and help them adopt leading practices by providing clear, accurate, and well‑prepared information. Help identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies within your area of responsibility, and support mitigation efforts. Maintain and update detailed plans, trackers, and documentation to keep workstreams aligned and transparent. Participate in building team assets, playbooks, and knowledge capital while continuously developing your own SAP and delivery skills. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement. Here’s what you need Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a SAP Project Management/Delivery Lead with hands on experience with the relevant technologies and responsibilities in a Delivery role. Minimum of 5 years hands‑on functional SAP experience. Minimum 3 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Project Management and Delivery. Experience supporting an industry specific client(s) (Products, Resources and CMT are preferred). Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience. Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
