Is This You?- Do you troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with confidence under time pressure?
- Are you experienced with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)?
- Have you maintained packaging and process equipment like wrapping machines, palletizers, conveyors, and VFD-driven systems?
- Can you perform product line changeovers, including setting a dilution system to exact specifications?
- Own preventive maintenance: inspect, monitor, and test equipment to prevent downtime.
- Lead rapid-response repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components; replace worn or defective parts fast and safely.
- Rebuild and reassemble equipment; install new parts to restore optimal performance.
- Service rotating components—clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and more.
- Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic/pneumatic equipment; repair/replace gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of production machinery to ensure proper operation and procedures.
- Notify the Production Manager and Plant Manager of equipment issues; analyze, resolve, and support team-based problem solving.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety standards and housekeeping expectations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; overtime as needed.
Pay: $30–$32/hour DOE, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus .
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years maintaining, installing, and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with farming equipment and/or automotive repair is a plus.
