Contract RecruiterBlack Bear Talent is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts for our client. This role is ideal for a recruiter with experience supporting manufacturing, skilled trades, operations in a high volume environment. This is a temporary assignment estimated to last 3 to 6 months, depending on business demands.Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position will sit on-site daily.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled positions across manufacturing, operations, and related environmentsSource, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsConduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for open rolesCoordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring processBuild and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and difficult to fill positionsEnsure a positive candidate experience through timely follow up and communicationPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and staffing timelinesMaintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support hiring events, workforce initiatives, and other recruiting activities as neededMove candidates efficiently through the recruiting process while maintaining quality and attention to detailQualificationsPrevious recruiting experience supporting manufacturing, skilled trades, operations, or high volume hourly hiring environments requiredProven ability to manage multiple openings in a fast paced setting with changing prioritiesStrong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platformsAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alikeMust pass pre-employment background and drug screen.Associates degree or relevant work experience required.Work ScheduleMonday to FridayDay shiftBenefitsHealth insuranceBlack Bear Talent - Waynesboro Waynesboro, VA, 22980 Apply
