Key Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is a must; an Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school is preferred. Preferably, two to three years of related experience or training in the field. Capability to read, understand, and create electrical schematics. Ability to perform electrical repairs and understand safety protocols, including working with 480Vac, 3-phase and 120Vac, single-phase equipment. Proficient in creating and modifying PLC and HMI programs. Skilled in selecting, installing, configuring, and calibrating industrial instruments and devices. Experience in bending, running conduit, and managing electrical wiring. Aptitude for training operators on new systems and updating necessary safety and operational procedures.
