We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency and trauma care to our patients of all ages. As an Emergency Room RN with CentralCare Inc, you will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 Emergency Department and have the opportunity to gain experience supporting service members, veterans, and their families.

Pay Rate: $66.91 per hour
Weekday Night Shifts: +$1/hr.
Weekend Days & Weekend Nights (Saturdays and Sundays): +$1/hr.
H&W: $5.09/hr.
PTO: 80 hours accrued annually
Sick Leave: 56 hours accrued annually
Holidays: 11 paid annually

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess, prioritize, and manage emergent, non-emergent, and life-threatening conditions for patients of all ages

• Recognize and interpret normal and abnormal vital signs

• Perform and interpret 12-lead ECGs

• Conduct focused physical assessments and respond appropriately to clinical changes

• Operate and monitor Emergency Department equipment

• Assist with emergency and trauma procedures

• Perform various medical procedures, including IV insertion, laboratory specimen collection, and central line care

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience within the past 2 years

• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience within that same timeframe

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state or territory

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (in-person only)

Schedule & Work Environment:

• 24/7 Emergency Department

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

• Rotating day and night schedules

• Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM –3:45 PM (1-hour lunch); 24/7 Emergency Department; 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; Rotating day and night schedules

  In addition, you will be eligible for the following rates when working any of the shifts below:

  ▪ Weekday Night Shifts: +$1/hr. ($67.91/hr.)

  ▪ Weekend Days & Weekend Nights (Saturdays and Sundays): +$1/hr. ($67.91/hr.)
