Salary : $20.00 - $23.00/hour . Your Role Every morning, you'll skillfully prepare and operate automated machines in various production areas, including winders, the heads shop, small spin casts, medium spin casts, and a mat cutting table. You'll read the daily work order and blueprints and then set the machine up for the outlined specifications and finish dimensions to produce flawless materials. Our Requirements 18+ years old Basic math skills Ability to perform all required physical duties Our ideal Production Machine Operator can speak English, can work as part of a team with minimal direction, and can remember instructions.
