Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a well-established legal practice serving clients throughout the Bay Area. This is a full-time opportunity offering flexibility through a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate. What You'll Do Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and property division. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Develop effective case strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Represent clients during court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Work closely with legal support staff to ensure matters are managed efficiently and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate case files while providing exceptional client service throughout the legal process. Qualifications Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Years of California family law experience. Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
