Home-Based NP/PA: Telehealth & In-Home Care Lead

CINQCARE

CINQCARE is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner (NP/PA) based in Laurel, MD. The candidate will conduct patient visits both in-person and via telehealth, oversee chronic and acute condition management, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. A Master’s degree in nursing and an active NP/PA license is required, along with a minimum of two years of direct patient care experience.
