Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist II Acute Presbyterian Medical Center, Novant Health Schedule: 36 hours/week (ANTS) – Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Responsibilities Assist physicians in diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and safely operating MR equipment. Obtain diagnostic scans in the acute setting for inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and operating room procedures. Qualifications Education: 2‑Year/Associate Degree preferred; graduation from ARRT‑approved Radiology Program or MR Program required. Experience: Minimum of one year in MR preferred. Certification: ARRT(R)(MR) or ARRT(MR) certification within 6 months of hiring; NH Medical Center‑Certified and registered by ARRT; applicable state license required. Skills: Thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment; analytical ability and basic computer skills; ability to interpret patient information and identify care requirements; strong communication skills and attention to detail.
