Field Recruiting Coordinator Salary Range: per hour The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Wayfair's total compensation package for employees. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive suite of medical, financial and additional benefits. This position is a based contract Recruiting Coordinator role that requires working full-time onsite and standard business hours, Monday-Friday. As a Field Recruiting Coordinator you are responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruiting process for high volume roles in our North America Supply Chain. This opportunity is based out of our Romeoville fulfillment center and will support the front-line Talent Acquisition team. What You'll Do: Perform administrative tasks throughout the recruiting and candidate life-cycle Support onsite hiring events Collaborate with a variety of Recruiters to support Wayfair's aggressive hiring goals and quick timelines Ensure timely and accurate creation and submission of job offer letters and job requisitions Participate in projects enhancing the recruiting process, and hiring manager and candidate experience Maintain data integrity throughout the recruitment technology stack to promote accuracy of records and metrics Ensure a positive, well-rounded candidate experience by partnering with Recruiters on candidate follow up via phone, email and text message communication Research, plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, community partnerships, training programs and hiring events as need Perform other related duties as required or assigned What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in recruiting, human resources and/or a support role Ability to be flexible and provide a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment An acute eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent ability to multitask A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient in computer based data entry and word processing; ability to learn and use multiple software applications Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and to work collaboratively Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities Wayfair is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
