Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam or Surf Cam for one-off and small-to-medium production runs.
\n
• Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills, lathes, and 4th-axis machines.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
\n
• Create machine setups and fixtures to meet dimensional requirements.
\n
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
\n
• Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs, and replace worn cutting tools.
\n
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
\n
• Ensure product quality and coordinate with management and quality control teams.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
\n
• CNC machining, programming, setup, and operation experience.
\n
• Proficiency in Mastercam or Surf Cam.
\n
• Experience with HAAS CNC mills, conventional/CNC lathes, and 4th-axis machines.
\n
• Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
\n
• Strong attention to detail, quality, safety, and reliability.
\n
• Job shop machining experience preferred.
\n

Schedule

\n
• Day Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
\n
• Night Shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
\n
• Weekend work and overtime opportunities available.
