Transcend: Team Lead, Plan Workstream, MedTech - Dynamo Deployment-Duration Based

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Plan Workstream Team Lead for the Transcend business transformation program, a duration-based role concluding around March 2029. The position oversees Order-to-Cash process modernization for MedTech's North America operations, ensuring template alignment, testing, and deployment readiness across supply chain and planning functions.
Responsibilities
- Represent Plan requirements in solution workshops and design reviews, ensuring alignment to order management processes
- Lead change impact assessment and readiness planning for Order-to-Cash deployment across North America
- Oversee data readiness activities including cleansing, validation, and deployment preparedness
- Define and govern test scenarios for end-to-end Order-to-Cash validation and business simulations
- Support cutover planning, training execution, go-live coordination, and post-deployment stabilization
Requirements
- Minimum three years of supply chain or order-to-cash process experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Subject-matter expertise in Plan and Order-to-Cash within SAP environment
- Proficiency with SAP modules including Allocation Management, Inventory Planning, Order Fulfillment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess process gaps
- Capability to drive decision-making, manage dependencies, and operate in ambiguity
- Ability to balance stakeholder priorities and enable process adoption
