Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional emergency and swing bed nursing care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Maintain all necessary certifications and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Execute emergency procedures and respond swiftly to urgent patient needs during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN license from Montana or a compact state
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• Minimum 1 year ER and Swing Bed experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including days and nights
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
