Front Desk Administrator - Vancouver, WA

Job Type: full time position and 100% in-office at our Vancouver, WA location. The schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, rotating Sat & Sun 8am-4pm. About the Company Mindful Therapy Group is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. Since opening in 2011, we have partnered with over 2,300 providers throughout our 20+ locations, and we are continuing to grow! About the role This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Motivated and talented employees will be provided leadership training and advancement opportunities.
