Key Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience. Defense litigation experience will also be considered. Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing. Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom skills, along with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
