What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the day-to-day management of store operations.
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
• Leading and motivating team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Supporting inventory management, merchandising, and store organization.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement strategies that enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident and motivated individual with a passion for fashion and customer service. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team.
