Yard Worker I

We’re looking for a Yard Worker who is dependable, safety focused, and ready to contribute to a team that lives our values every day.In this role, you’ll help load and unload products, organize and maintain yard inventory, operate equipment safely, and support drivers and customers with a respectful, professional attitude. That means showing up ready to work, looking out for one another, doing things the right way, and taking pride in the work we do.What we offer:Competitive hourly payFull benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysTraining and opportunities to grow your skills in a stable manufacturing environmentIf you value hard work, integrity, teamwork, and safety and want to be part of a company that invests in its people, we’d love to have you join Prinsco.Qualifications• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or in the process of completion and a minimum of three months’ work experience.• Effective communication skills with the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram forms.• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.• Forklift experience preferred with the ability to achieve a forklift certification.• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently, 50 pounds 1/3 of the day, & 75 pounds less than 1/3 of the day.• Using hands and reaching with hands/arms for over 2/3 of the workday.• Standing, walking, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for over 2/3 of the workday.• Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate colors.• Ability to work in a production environment that is not temperature controlled and occasionally in varying outdoor weather conditions.• Ability to work in a loud noise environment.Universal Expectations• Demonstrate commitment to high personal & professional ethical standards.• Live out Prinsco values through hard work, relationships, humble confidence, and integrity.• Be consistent with our mission: To care.
