Distribution Associate - Forklift

DC Fulfillment Specialist Fort Worth, TX 76177 $20.00/hour

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Overview We are hiring a DC Fulfillment Specialist to support warehouse operations including order picking, packing, shipping, stocking, and inventory control in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Stock inventory and maintain organization Verify items and report damaged or incorrect materials Load/unload trucks using material handling equipment Process inventory movements using ERP systems Follow safety procedures and company policies Assist in other warehouse functions as needed Qualifications 2+ years warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience (reach truck, stock picker, etc.) preferred or willingness to be trained Basic Microsoft Office/ERP skills (D365 a plus) Strong attention to detail and reliability High School Diploma or equivalent required Additional Info Team-oriented, fast-paced environment Overtime may be required based on business needs Pay Details $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
