Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a residential community, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support residents and visitors through professional communication, routine patrols, and responsive service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with community procedures, documenting unusual activity and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
