Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Gross Weekly: $2,030/wk. for 36 hrs.
Duties: LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) provides direct patient care to residents, often elderly or recovering from illness, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Their responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, and providing basic wound care. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, observing and reporting any changes in a residents condition, and ensuring care plans are followed.
