We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Hostess to create a welcoming first impression for our guests. The Hostess will greet and seat customers, manage reservations and waitlists, answer phone calls, and help ensure smooth service throughout each shift.

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the seating chart.
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates and communicate updates to guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Answer phone calls and respond to questions about hours, reservations, and restaurant services.
• Coordinate with servers and managers to maintain an efficient seating flow.
• Keep the entrance, host stand, and waiting area clean and organized.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Support other front-of-house team members when needed.

• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
