Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Support Representative to help members navigate their healthcare journey and resolve benefits, claims, and provider questions. A strong emphasis on empathy and clear guidance will drive an exceptional member experience. The role includes a 7-week paid training program (9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
