Primary Care Physici ans

Join an expanding multi-specialty group, affiliated with a not-for-profit acute care health system in Atlanta / NE and NW Georgia with more than 4100 providers in 350 clinical practice locations. Top rated health system!

Work/life balance! Flexible work schedule options (4days or 4.5days with half day on Friday), no nights/no weekends. Call shared (only phone consults). Established outpatient clinic with existing patient panels. Primary Care practice supports primarily adults with preventative and chronic care management. Clinics offers on-site labs, state of the art imaging, and pharmacy. Strong referral network from in network hospitalist. Solid medical staff support. Cerner EMR.

Requirements:

BE/BC
Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
GA license or eligible

Compensation:

Annual estimated earning potential to $350K+

Guaranteed base salary t o $290K
Qualify bonus and Productivity incentives
Signing bonus (up to $60K)
Relocation assistance
Qualify bonus
Robust retirement (403k w/employer match AND Pension Plan)
Generous PTO (30days)
CME allowance ($5000 and 5 days)
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Cell phone allowance
