Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care during various interventional procedures, including heart catheterizations and electrophysiology ablations. This role involves working closely with a dedicated team and utilizing advanced medical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the performance of heart catheterizations and other interventional cardiac procedures.
• Utilize various medical devices including IABP, Impella, and ultrasound for patient assessment.
• Monitor patient condition and provide immediate interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the EMR (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license with ACLS certification required.
• Experience with IABP and Impella operations.
• Experience in interventional cardiac settings, preferably with peripheral/coronary procedures.
• RCIS certification is a plus but not mandatory.
