Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 0 years of experience, California location
• Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, interpreting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and teaching patients and families.
• The role requires effective communication skills, ability to respond quickly to clinical situations, and participation in team activities for continuous improvement.
• The nurse must maintain licensure and certifications and contribute to professional development activities, including formal or informal teaching, and participation in shared governance groups.
