Labor Solutions is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined individual to join our production team. This position involves operating chemical etching and paint line equipment, handling metal materials, and ensuring high-quality finished products in a manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload stainless steel and aluminum parts into a chemical etching machine
- Operate and monitor chemical etching equipment
- Load and unload machine components and metal plate sheets
- Spray paint metal nameplate flats using paint line equipment
- Load and unload the clean-off machine
- Remove excess paint and inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Basic computer skills required
- Good math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work with chemicals in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment
