This role supports students' academic, social, and emotional growth through evidence-based interventions. The SLPA works under the supervision of the on-campus SLP, collaborates with teachers and families as needed, delivers direct therapy services, and uses Esped for documentation. Client's Required Skills & Experience Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting (accredited program) Valid Texas SLPA license 1-2 years of school-based experience preferred Skilled in implementing therapy plans (individual and group) under SLP supervision Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and progress monitoring DTG Advantages Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health and special education.
