Job Description

Full-Time Experienced Batt Insulation Installer – $300 House rate
Location: Cape Coral, FL and surrounding areas

GoldStar Insulation is seeking an experienced Batt Insulation Installer for Full-time work. This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson looking for flexible scheduling and strong daily pay.

Position Details:

Pay: House rate – $300-$550 House rate D epending the house
Schedule: Part-time , flexible days based on workload and availability
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years of residential or commercial batt insulation experience
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Tools & Materials: Must provide your own basic tools and be able to transport some materials as needed
Work Type: 1099 subcontractor position

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of batt insulation installation techniques
Ability to read and follow plans or on-site directions
High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
