If you love building teams, leading from the floor, and creating memorable experiences, we'd love to meet you. What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of salaried restaurant management experience.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong operational knowledge including labor, inventory, food cost, and scheduling.
- A hands-on leadership style-you lead from the floor, not the office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- You love being in the middle of the action.
- You hold yourself and your team to high standards.
- You bring positive energy and know how to inspire those around you.
- You're looking for more than just your next job-you want a company you can grow with.
