Water Resources Engineer — Stormwater & Drainage (Hybrid)

STV Incorporated is seeking a civil engineer to lead drainage improvement and stormwater management projects based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The candidate will focus on transportation projects, develop drainage designs, and coordinate with other disciplines while ensuring compliance with standards. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minimum of two years of experience, with strong skills in OpenRoads Designer and MicroStation.
